TriEagles Studio has a fascination with extremely long skinny legs. Seems like everyone one of their statues has them.

A lot of companies have tried grabbing the Tekken IP and making stuff, but I haven't seen where any of it sells. I guess this is basically just TriEagles' female design cosplaying vaguely as Nina so it probably has a niche among the people who have the others

It is the bias of their target market as well as the company's origin.
Asian's are very strict as to what is acceptable and too fat for body proportions.
Better they err on her being to thin than too thick from their point of view.

TriEagles is based out of mainland China and their target market is mainland China. That's one of the beauty standards they have going there. It's also based on this art which also has some long legs from the looks of it.
