T.O. crying only made the loss worse for everyone. my coworker stayed home today cuz she was so upset and is hungover. its just football i dont get it. lol

Yeah, I don't get it, either. It's the South and football, Jen. I was disappointed that the Cowboys couldn't muster at the last minute, but I didn't lose any sleep over it. Bottom line is that sports teams only affect you if you let them. Not a single one of -them- can pick -you- out of a crowd, so why waste the energy caring so much about them?

well i know wat u mean, im not a big sport nut. but i do get into it sometimes, and i was disappointed yest. but its a game. and believe me i know the south and football. i live in euless and the trinity trojans (high school football) are what its all about in my town. and our community supports them all the way. theyre a great team. it sux when ur team loses. but people its a game. maybe next year. ima get a beating :tounge:

I used to have a guy like that at work.
If the Jets would lose he would call in sick.
I suggested with the Jets track record, he should just automatically schedule a vacation day after every Jet game! lol
(That was tough for me to say to him since I am a die hard Jet fan !!!)

i saw that. its an emotional gamefor them.
philip rivers is the guy that bothers me. he yells at everyone way to much. he has fliped the fans off a number of times. they need to start fineing him, if they have not already.
pack/ pats superbowl i hope. favre can win another and then leave like elway. then they can both spend there retirement making crank calls to marino about never winning one
