This is really frustrating, there is no way for me to communicate with them. I don’t even know if they are aware of this issue.

I was able to phone CM from Miami just fine (did not get to speak to anyone at the time), apparently the number on the cinemaquette site does not allow Canadians to contact them through the posted numbers on their site. They did something to their number that does not allow me to call them from Canada. I emailed CM twice about this issue starting on April and got no response on the matter. Can someone who can contact them please help me with this issue by notifying them of my contact problem.

CM never seem to answer emails. I`ve been trying to contact them now for 5 months and they still wont reply.

Five Months!? That’s a bit extreme. How many times have you attempted to contact them during this timeframe? I hope this will get resolved soon.

To be honest I`ve lost count, at one point I was sending emails every week. I`ve come to the conclusion they`re ignoring me, so I`ve pretty much give up on them. I know most rate their CS highly but through my own experience, I think it kinda sucks. Lets be honest, it doesn`t take long to reply to an email.

I am sorry to hear that you are in the same boat as I am, can you at least reach them through the telephone number they posted on the Cinemaquette website?

Pretty strange. I sent my personal comments on my Aragorn and I got a reply 6 days later. Yes, it was told they are really busy, but they answered.
