Cool. Make her extra steampunked. Kind of sad since the comic was cancelled. What happened to the other statues that aspen promised us two years ago?

This is exactly what I have been waiting for since reading the first issue. I agree with Dechirico, extra steampunked!

That looks like a very difficult piece to produce... Wow.
Will the Chinese painters be up to the task?
Or, are you considering using mixed media premium format type design?

That is a good question. She is littered with detail and a huge color pallet on her wardrobe, so it's going to be a tricky statue to mass produce. However, as evidence with the Sucker Punch girls, it can be done. Hopefully the right factory will be chosen.

I'm really confused at this. Because, in the other thread there was some hinting/mention of this being an unpainted kit.

I would think these are going to be kits, based on the past three IP's from PrototypeZ. So you could have them painted any way you want!

Damn, well, I guess I'm out if this is not pre-painted. Also, in my excitement, I neglected to not note the scale, or the lack of information on that. If it's not 1:4, then it further solidifies my decision not to indulge.

Yeah, it has it's good and bad. There's the awesome plus of being able to choose exactly how it looks, but with that probably comes a lot heftier of a price tag if you can't paint it yourself.
I have no skills whatsoever painting statues, so I would have to pay someone to do it. Which would mean a 1/6 scale kit suddenly becomes much more expensive than even a 1/4 scale Sideshow premium format.

Yes but it will also look much better. Sideshow barely pulls off the basic statues nowadays in regards to paint, do you really expect them to do a Lady Mech right?
