I've only been playing the multiplayer and what can I say? It's pretty much like all the previous cods lol. Obviously there are some changes here and there, some better, some worse. But it seems to be pretty decent so far.

Remember when the Infinity Ward name used to mean something (before the big names that created it got fired)?
IW has fallen hard and Ghosts is simply a quick last ditch cash on for this gen (and an easy release for next gen). Definitely skipping this one. Maybe I'll take a look at the franchise again next year, but like so many others, I'm just kinda tired of it and am craving something fresh
It's only a matter of time until this becomes another Guitar Hero/Rock Band. How long do people want to keep playing the exact same game with slightly different outcomes?

I think the campaign is solid. It looks beautiful. There's no question the game is almost exactly like all the others, but, I like all the others so, this ones a given. The multiplayer, only played maybe 10 games, seems an awful lot like Battlefield rather than COD. The playability and movements really remind me of BF. I'm sure it'll grow on me. Maybe just seems so different from BOII (master prestige) that there will be an adjustment phase.

The real IW was given the time they needed to make proper sequels. Thats not the case anymore. There's only so much they can do in a year and a half or whatever time they end up having. CoD comes out every year. Its not really a cash grab on current gen. Its just the annual cash grab with the next franchise that Activision is going to run into the ground as you said. The next Tony Hawk or Guitar Hero.

I only look at videos of this game series. Only popped into say that Megan Fox looks hot in the short film ad for the game.

Lame. Finshed the campaign in less than 24 hours.

Yeah, people don't purchase CoD for it's single player.
