Stan Lee was quoted on the Derek & Romaine Show as saying there will definitely be a 4th installment.

After reading Entertainment Weekly, Ben Kingsley was originally lined up to play the Vulture in Spiderman 3, but was dropped as the script evolved, (I believe in favor of Venom instead). Later in the article, Avi was quoted that Spiderman 4 will happen and will have an old school villain. Sounds like the Vulture is a possibility again. If so, I think Kingsley is a perfect choice if he's still around.
