a little of both.had a good sized hole punched in the box and foam. and the paint was chipped some where the arm meets the body.
i have the worst luck.

That's what I was thinking too. But the Devastator sits on a base, and I don't think OS does, plus OS appears a little "small" since he's crouching. They would probably still look great together though.

I just got mine but the outer box is damaged and their a few dents on the acutal item box. I have yet to open it since I'm at work and will later on. But was wondering what is AFX policy on this if the item itself is damage?

I really like it overall. I knew it was going to be small (relative in size to what you would think an OS statue would be) because of the action pose. This was easy to tell months ago when the pics were shown. So if you are aware of that it is not an issue. But it looks nice and he is one of my favorite characters...and I'm not going to hold my breath for anyone else to do a statue for the character anytime soon, so it's great for me!
