Granted I was never a big Speed Racer fan, but that looks terrible.

I saw an extended Speed trailer this weekend and it blew my mind. I can't wait for this movie. Was a huge fan as a child and own all the DVDs which I now watch with my 5 year old. I've always quietly imagined the kind of alternative, car-culture based world Speed would have lived in and this movie seems to have nailed it. I'm actually looking forward to SR more than many of the other bruisers coming this Summer. The trailer was better than the Batman trailer which proceeded it, I.M.O..

The Car-Fu sequences got me interested in seeing what they can do. I kinda wish this was in 3D as well.
