That's what I was thinking. If he actually "had" a superpower, then wouldn't that mean that he couldn't beat everyone, because there's no way you can improve on Batman, right? See the logic here??? Me neither, and if you're being honest, then neither do you.
If Batman took the super soldier formula, then he would become more dangerous, but to admit that, you must admit that he isn't the most dangerous, and the toughest, and the blah, blah,blah, guy that can defeat creation itself with chewing gum, and bailing wire.  Oh, wait, that's McGuiver, isn't it...or is it Chuck Norris? I forget.

i have to ask the question what would it really do for him, the serum is supposed to make you the peak of "human" physical abilities, isn't Bruce already there for the most part?

McGuiver, he's the man!!
Batman is already the most dangerous "human" because of the way he is able call upon and combine various abilities from fighting skills and technology to intelligence and investigation and "preparing" for an infinite number of scenario's as he has proven time and time again, blah blah blah, you know the rest.
Taking the serum may only give him an additional edge in a combat scenario and yes that would mean he would be even more dangerous than he already is.
