I like the scene in X-Men Origins: Wolverine where he runs down the aisle with his arms extended and breaks the kids free from their cells with his claws.

Superman 2: when Kal-El is hovering outside the Daily Planet and he says to Zod,

"General. Would you care to step outside"

And Gene Hackman's Luthor goes, "Superman Thank God" and does a facepalm. Zod looks at him, and then Luthor yells "Grab him"! Classic.
