Yeah, shipping is a bummer. Mine isn't as expensive. $145 for me. So $435 total for shipping. Ouch. Plus the import tax on top of that. Double ouch.

Not at all. You always have to pay custom fees unless using DHL or UPS.
I know you have multiple warehouses around the world,that's how I got my Simon Belmont. Though I don't remember where it shipped from.
