I know DHL and other couriers have been supposedly increasing their rates of large scale parcels, but I guess it could be that Sideshow is absorbing a larger portion of the shipping costs than Prime 1, and they probably have a larger bulk discount than that of Prime 1 as well.

it's just prime1 greediness, selling thru their website they have already higher margins, plus most shipping quotes are comparable with prices without any special contract with the delivery company (if not even higher!).
I bet my two cents they are just trying to get money from both statue and shipping.

so uh, Guts and Kenshiro have been upscaled from 1/4, safe to say Goku is also slightly over quarter scale?

Pretty much everything from Prime 1 thats 1/4 is much bigger so i'd imagine Goku would be the same...but maybe because of his pose it won't be so obvious.

Honestly I was thinking the same thing. It would be my 1 and only DBZ piece but i feel its all I personally would need.

I'm jumping on this train, huge DBZ fan and this is the best resin Goku that exists. Like GaryTonge said, DX or fail. I'm gonna pretty much rock that SS3 head all through.
