I?d imagine because he?s not a Marvel character from the Marvel gamerverse. 
Who knows, maybe they can swing it under a different banner.

He looks good. But to me, the eyeholes in his helmet complimented his angry eyebrows. IMO, this one has his eyes sitting a tad low. Perhaps something more like the edit on the right?

I see now how that reads. I meant he would sell a lot. I know he is Capcom, but seeing as they have Capcom they should try to make him in this scale.
