Given Storm's light-up feature appears to use an LED (maybe 2 LED's) many collectors will probably not bother to plug it in. I had an idea, is there not a way a mini solar panel could have been included to power the LED's?

The way they did the cape attachment and magnetized ends is fantastic.

Damn that suit is stunning Can't wait to get this statue on display. I'm hoping that this cape lays as smoothly as the original because I'm not good at posing capes. I fail so bad with She-Ra that I display her without it.

And I learned a new word today! Thanks Sideshow for teaching me "pauldrons".

(Is it wrong that I am really considering selling my XM Storm statue because I don't need two Jim Lee inspired suits in my collection?)

Nope. I literally just told my friend the same thing.

I'm sure they could, but it might be difficult to engineer it so it's hidden and blends in well to the base. I like the idea though

I'm deathly afraid to ship it. I got lucky with no breakage. I don't know how well it would sell if its a local pick-up. I mean to save the cost in shipping alone may be enticing to some.

I'd consider selling asap. Once sideshow is in hand, you are going to compete with other sellers which could drop the price. More supply, less demand

I think this is every bit as nice as the XM version. I'm not sure if I'd sell one for the other (obviously subjective and I'm lazy lol) but as someone who missed out on the XM piece, I think this is a very nice representation of the character. Then again, XM Storm costs a small fortune now, you could sell, buy this and still have a ton of cash leftover.

A few pros and cons to each for sure. Two torsos, better hairline and sculpted cape with XM. Otherwise??? This one is better IMHO, with the better/more accurate costume. The white vs silver is the biggest difference to me, this one's color is perfection.
