Rumor is that a DoJ teaser is set to hit during the Superbowl. I very much doubt it but those watching it please let us know if it comes to pass.

meh, I fail to see why Aquaman needs to (or would be) covered in tattoos.... oh wait yeah "dark, gritty & edgy"

Yep, looks like they're doing the grimdark style like they did with Man of Steal. I'm not sure why they keep using this style, as it's possible to have a colourful movie but at the same time have some dark moments in the story.

Unless they intend to give Aquaman powers akin to the most recent comic book interpretation of Aqualad. In which case, his tattoos would serve the same purpose and visual design that they do for Kaldur'ahm/Jackson Hyde.
Might not happen, but I wouldn't call it a long shot either.
Anywho.. I like it; not what I was anticipating, but a really cool take all the same. Love the trident!
