Wow! I've never had a problem with SS before, but I'm glad to know they take care of their customers. Makes me feel better about doing business with them.

Watching that guy open the styrofoam and assembling it was horrendous. Treating it like a toy and mans handling it without care was so hard to watch.

I love how Mika turned out! Wish they had offered a regular black based version of Laura, Karin and Menat, what a waste!
