smaller..?
are the pfs for SS Star Wars line more like 1/5th scale..? they always seem to be a little smaller than other 1/4 scale pieces....

I don't think so. Rosario is only 5'7, so when you bring that down to 1/4, it's going to be a short piece unless you have a huge base. That might be what you're thinking of. Some of the Star Wars bases, like this one and Mando, are pretty short. The figures, though, appear to be in scale for 1/4.

I guess when i put Star Wars PFs up against my X-Men PFs and Avengers PFs they just seem a tad bit smaller/shorter is all.

You're also putting properly proportioned movie pieces against fairly unrealistic comic pieces.
It's also probably why some manufacturers like Prime 1 and Iron Studios over scale their pieces quite often.

More good news - $88.04 shipping (US to UK)
This has to be one of the lowest shipping costs ever for a Sideshow 1/4 PF (for me atleast)
It probably has something to do with the small box YouTubers have reported on Ahsoka shipping in.
