By the way, I love that we have 100+ views on this thread in less than a day. Really feels good knowing you guys read what Sam and I write each week and that we're adding some value to the StatueForum site experience.

Don't you mean the ever lovin' Blue Eyed thing? Former nemisis of the Yancy street gang, and favorite nephew of a Mrs. Petunia?
Word, he's my dawg as well.

Actually, I'm not reading Day of Vengeance though, after flipping through the current issue, I'm beginning to reconsider. Lately, my weekly LCS visits have consistently been outrageously expensive and I've shamed myself into cutting back on my purchases. I've taken them down from over $100 a week to between $20-$30. Where Infinite Crisis is concerned, I'm going to focus on JLA, OMAC and Villains United and call it a day.

How right you are, Sam! The ever lovin' blue eyed Thing, Aunt Petunia's favorite nephew and, don't forget, the idol o' millions!
Man, no one has anything over Swingin' Stan The Man when it comes to copy and dialogue writing.
My dawg, too! Plus, I'm sorry, I just love the fact that he's Jewish even though, as Powder Keg said at the end of FF vol. 3 #56, he doesn't look Jewish.

I thought it was cool giving Ben religion. Ballsy also, not a PC thing to do, but it adds something to the character, more personality, which is hard to do cause ben has a lot of peronsality. Reguardless, it's a nice touch. And the way they introduced it was well done also (having him kinda "fallen away" from religion, but on the track back).
Anyway, marvel had to make up for that horrible Zarba character or whoever she is (the israli Cap. America). Wow, major bad stereotyping there (sweet christmas).
