What if this guy is Mimic? Not the one from Exiles, either. Maybe they gave Mimic a "second" mutation to absorb more than five powers at one time??? It's probably not though...

I don't think Mimic is a mutant, I'm pretty sure he got his powers from some kind of lab explosion or something? I'm just to busy to check that at the moment
