It's all in game models. They look that good!

The promo art is also in game models but with a painted effect overlay for stylization.

Yeah I reckon Rasheed is the worst character design in street fighter history..
As for necalli, He's just a bit over the top for me.
A few minor changes could make a big difference, in his normal form his dreads are as thick as fire hoses! looks ridiculous. If they thinned his dreads and shortened his hair is powered up form I think it would work a lot better.

Fair enough. But I think that length and thickness is reflective of how old and primal this evil dude is.

To me, he looks scary. And his hair moves like spider legs as he jumps around. He looks evil enough to stand nose to nose with Akuma.

That's why I find him cool and interesting.

Rasheed. Definitely not my style. I'm just glad you didn't site El Fuerte ad the worst design ever lol. I actually like the Luchidor wrestling look.

Oh well, I'm sure Rasheed will appeal to someone's tastes.
