I don't have a solution but I admire the problem.

@ Pure Invasion,
Dude, pick it up, i have vol 1 of the ultimate collection, but i think this is a better format. This was a gr8 new intro going back to what made spidey gr8. The venom story is included, which cinched it for me.

I figured shipping wasn't going to be cheap, but I don't know your financial situation. But if there are a few other Omnibus' you want, order them and your shipping cost per book goes down.

How do you know you love a series?
When you've bought it in every form
I just couldn't go past this Omni, despite already owning it in both monthlies and HC's
That said there IS supplemental material that is important to the story that is included here for the first time

This series is very underrated, and it also makes me that much more upset that Nick Fury is being swept under the rug in favor of his "son", who will be shoe horned into continuity, 50 years of history be damned!
Seriously though, this series merits a read if you've not already done so.

Rod, you're a terrible influence. I was fine with not getting it, but now I'm going to have to get this omnibus too.

That's like me and Promethea. I own all the single issues, all variants( both bookend first and last signed by Alan Moore, last sign by JH too), the posters that came with the last issue variant, all HCs apart from #2 which for some reason is very hard to track down, and all three Absolutes. Majority of single issues are signed by JH and Mick Gray too.
I just need the statue, action figure set and HC #2 to complete my set!
