I just saw a picture on another forum where they detached the lightsabers so that she’s just holding the hilts. Didn’t even know you can do that, they must have a thread obviously. And it doesn’t even look bad tbh.

Well I received one of my invoices, but it doesn’t help me when they over charge me on the remaining balance. I still don’t understand why they do everything manually, rather than have it automated. This isn’t the first time, I’ve had to contact them regarding a similar issue.

The last email I sent them, took them 6 weeks to respond. Hope it’s a faster turnaround this time.

They detach for transportation reasons. To either reduce risk of breakage, or reduce box size (..or maybe a bit of both?).

But the blades do not come seperated from the hilts in the box though!? I'm confused^^

From my understanding the hilts have a thread and the blades can be screwed off and on again.

The pattern(?) in red circle is awkwardly finish in the middle. Not like original image.

It's bothering me and I ask for replacement part.

I got replied from Popcultcha CS
"These items are hand painted and subject to different variations. This is something we won't be replacing. Your welcome to post it back to us for a refund. "

Is this categorized different variations? I think it's paint defect.

Would you keep it or send it back your own cost to get refund?

I'm sorry that looks terrible.
I would send that back and I'm not paying for return shipping.
It looks like the factory didn't extend the pattern resulting in that abrupt break. Would bother the hell out of me.

Maybe try to see if you can speak to someone further up the chain.
