Interesting choice of obviously iconic comic art, but I'm not sure it will translate as well to a statue because it won't be in silhouette. Definitely don't care for Joker on the base either. If you're going to invoke the comics...then invoke the comics and get out of the way. Sideshow just can't help themselves when it comes to those things.

Wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a variant next year.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

That might have been me about the XM one:
"If they were going to have him anchored on one foot in a jumping pose, why not go for the iconic silhouette against the lightning strike?"
Maybe this one being in development at the same time was why XM didn't. I do know that sometimes the license holding companies will tell manufacturers what others have in development if they're second to the table with the same idea.

After further review, I’m pretty sure this will be a pass for me. I’m sure Bel’s sculpt will be great when fully revealed but for me the lightning effect is a bit on the gimmicky side. I’m afraid that most fire and light effects in sculpted form come across as too “toy” like.

I still think this will be a cool piece. At the end of the day these are expensive toys
