Spring took a bit of a set back in Vancouver yesterday with the snow fall last night. Lucky it was all gone by the time I woke up this morning. What happening to Global Warning? Al Gore and David Suzuki promised us higher temperatures. What the point of driving my SUV around in circles wasting all that gas if it is just going to get colder.

Here are a few pics I took of some interesting happenings in our back yard. This little guys comes by to steal the bird seeds from the bird feeder.
She looks right...
She looks left...

A black squirrel? Now that I've never seen before. They are always brown. Or is that some other sort of animal?

GREAT pics! I've only ever seen black squirels in front of the White House (for real!) and in Toronto!

A few pics I snapped the other day, ironically also of squirrels . Finally getting some nice temps here and things are starting to bloom. It's about time. I hope to get some bud & flower pics in the near future.

They seem to be very common around here. We have black, brown and grey squirrels.
