When I first saw it, I wasn't sure how I felt about two "good guys" going at it, but both characters look great so I ordered it.
So, who is winning? was this based on any comic story?

I don't think the sculpt was based on any particular comic page but Wonder Woman and Supes have certainly fought a number of times over the years.

Is it just me or does it look like Ray's sculpt got softened a bit? Especially on Superman.

Not sure about any changes to the sculpt, but they did modify slightly the position of Wonder Woman's foot on Superman's chest.
