We do alot of stuff for our children..hell with all the bills I have I wish I could still live with my DAD..lol

I did miss that post because I posted before I got to the end of the thread. Well with one son being mentally challenged I understand. The 26 year got no excuse so he still gotta pull his weight, A' or no A's.

That's just it, my old would charged more than if you got your own place so it was cheaper to live elsewhere. He really believed in pushing you out of the nest so he made very painful to be there and now we get alone great because I don't live there.

His mother charges him rent...If I charged him rent as well...He would just drop out of college and go back to an apartment...He can't afford rent in 2 places...Besides...he sleeps on a couch the 2 days a week he spends here...Not sure how much would be fair for a couch in the family room...

No bother...He seems perfectly normal when ya talk to him...He just has trouble making any kind of rational decision...My younger Son is going to look out for his well being after I am dead...
