boony i completely agree with you in the fact that forest is a great fighter. my bro thought rampage gonna hand forest's ass to him but i defended forest and said that forest is solid fighter and can take a beating and stand like the best of em.

i still stand by 100%. lol. unless dana throws forest a freebie like the elite xc did for kimbo slice, forest will lose his title.

Forrest won because even though he wasn't landing anything of significance he was always moving and even though he wasn't really doing anything he was the aggressor. Rampage took him light and has no one to blame but himself. That being said he still did enough to win. IMHO.

I think Forrest was feeling a little skeptical about who the judges were going to give it to because he didnt knockout or submit the champ, and you just never know when you leave it in the hands of judges.

I don't think Forrest will hold the belt long. The LHW division is crazy stacked in the UFC. I've been a Wanderlei fan forever, so I hope he is able to hold the title at some point.
