I ordered the DXS bonus from Prime 1 the first week of preorder so does that mean I'd be getting the "first" batch?

No way to know. Rarely are statue orders filled on first come first served basis.

Again they'll do whatever they want and no way to know for sure even inferring from previous releases.

This doesn?t answer my question I said do they ship reg and DX together or just DX first. I didn?t ask where in the world they ship to and I?m from Australia we get it before the US

Apparently so, my distributer said it will arrive in their warehouse end of Dec/Early Jan. I'm not sure for the Aussies who ordered directly from Prime 1 though
