Spike is looking awesome so far. One nice thing is the bases are supposed to link for a diorama. Cant wait to see how it all works out.

Not sure how its gonna work. They said they were spacing releases apart so people wouldnt get slammed with $2k worth of statues at once- I do appreciate that big time. It would be nice though like you say to get an early glimpse- especially since these ones form a diorama. I bet theyre pretty far along on all of them. At least maybe show an unpainted full setup...

This seems to be dragging on.
And agree with what others said. Would prefer 1/6.
At that scale I’d instant buy the whole team.

Jet preorder should be soon. Kind of glad theyre not dropping all the preorders on us at once. Seems like these have been done for a while though, just sitting on the back burner. Maybe theyre trying to get the pieces that are competing with other companies out asap.
Glad they are 1/4, probably would pass in 1/6. Anime world is already full of the little stuff.

What are the chances of them being a cloth clothing statue? If4f have some amazing bases with different types of media (mossy base for sif, grass on beat) I think this would be a great starting point for them to branch into cloth outfits

I doubt it. Only cloth Ive seen so far is the Guts cape. On other statues it worked well like the flag on their Vyse statue. Im not too into the cloth for clothing. Harder to upkeep and has the tendancy to make the statues look more like dolls imo. Better to do it in accents I think like capes or flags etc.
