Fro invited me to participate at the outset but by the time I got to this thread it was wayyyyy to long for me to catch up. What are the Coles notes and more importantly do we have a short list yet?

If you pick Prometheus the list will be very short. I have a feeling many will see the light and choose Prometheus over Alien/Aliens on a shorter list too.

Unsurprisingly I am going to suggest a Nolan Dark Knight Trilogy piece. The films have arguably not had a killer poster and I think that the selected artist could really knock it out of the park. (Hopefully that was ambiguous enough Hellboy, if not please feel free to vett).
