I didn't make it home in time. I was about 10 minutes too late!
I liked it. But not enough to pay $200-$250 for it. Congrats to you all though!

Tried to snag one using my iPhone as I was out having lunch when it dropped. Site froze up and... FAIL!
Congrats to those that scored.

Are you talking about the SW Happy Fathers Day piece from Bottleneck? I picked one up today, they had held some back. My first Raid71 piece.

Posted by Pittides. Pretty cool
The last available copy is now in a new home. Had to take a picture the lucky guy who bought that last one.
This is pretty cool too:
Yeah Linda freaked out, wanted one now, told her Robert grabbed the last one. She looks over at him and gives him the finger. he screams some nonsense at her about not being fast enough ( he is a crazy bastard let me tell you). I told her I had a Scratch and Dent one at home. She didn't care, gotta mail that out tomorrow to her. And there may be something cooking between me and Jeanette's husband Aaron Noble who is a amazing artist himself.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

my Drake metal falcon came in today...looks great in person. My question is how do you guys frame these?
Frame the same size as the print with no matting? If no matting do you use spacers to keep it off the glass? Do you still need acid free board backing and not actually mount it to the backing?
Also is it normal to see some scratches on the metal itself due to material and maybe printing process ( mine is scratched in some of the borders)

I got mine today too.
The scratching on the metal is normal, none of them will be blemish free. It's just the material.
I'm pretty sure the material is brushed aluminum. It gets it's finished from being scratched so to speak.
Not sure about the framing questions but I don't need a mat for the metals just a spacer to keep the glass off of it. You still need a backing to keep the art fairly air tight. If one used a mat would the weight of the metal try and fall in the frame??

I never had a metal. But i know Hellboy has an amazing drive metal in one of the threads. How he did that was simply amazing imo. Still one of the coolest frame jobs i've seen.
