That would make sense but the Joker has so many details on it that I think the cost will be much higher. If not 1K I would say around $900...
But we are all just speculating... Let's wait and see what they come up with

Keep in mind that the 1/6 Joker was $600, so that extra detail is already built into the price. At $800, it would already be $190 more than Harley.

Fair play on them for accommodating people re joker but they're in an awkward position in terms of whether to release their previous 1/6 in 1/4
If they don't, people will want to stick to 1/6 to have a full line, but there's no guarantee which will be redone in the bigger scale anyway so is a lot of guesswork for collectors
Am not sure what I'd do if they announced batgirl in 1/4
