Looks like fabric to me. Since they're continuing the SSC line, those pieces had fabric capes/cloaks, too.
Also looks like an arm seam for a switch out arm...

The problem is, I never jumped on the SS line because they screwed up He-Man, and the good ones they did are already gone.
This looks great though for people already in on this line. I’d need to know if TH is going to revisit the other characters though.
