That's what I do. I also cut on eBaY in the statement for their bad policy. I've never really tried to get a court order to have the feedback removed (like eBaY recommends), but next time I get a negative, I might investigate that option.
I also post on their feedback that the buyer is
POSITIVELY an idiot and to avoid at all costs.
