Opened mine up today, and happy to see that the eyes look pretty damn good. On both the regular and the exclusive portrait

A couple things that are annoying: Portrait head has white speckles (maybe paint) on the black part of the jester cap.

Also her left foot, the red peg doesnt go all the way down so her skate stopper isnt touching the base. This is a bigger problem to me as it looks bad like its floating a bit, going to keep trying to readjust to get it down all the way before I contact Sideshow. Badass statue though I love it so much.

I had the same assessment for Bane...didn’t like it at reveal and why another one so soon...now it’s looking like a high probability buy...this is why Sideshow does repeats. We are the problem. Lol.

Hi all ..got my first sideshow statue, I noticed a few imperfection (paint issues on end of the hair and the 2 marks on arm) with my piece and I'm wondering if I should risk the exchange ( for possibly worst eyes? ) Or should I take the 85$ gift card and accept these imperfections as is.

Also would like to know your opinions on the eyes , they look fine to me but I don't always have the best POV

Those eyes are perfect.

Have you tried a soft eraser on the marks? Sometimes that works. the hair....well...that's a harder one because it looks like a chip. You're struggle is real now. Maybe you can have them check the heads before they send the replacement??

I don’t buy to sell, but I do think about if I want to sell down the line how much an imperfection will cause people to low ball on price. The least minor thing and people want hundreds off. So I’d always want an exchange before a credit. It’s tough here because of the eyes, but if it’s a chip I couldn’t keep that. If it’s just paint the. You may want to use the credit to buy paint and touch it up yourself.

I had a credit offer from SS not too long ago and I told them it wasn’t enough to get the product fixed, my concern is having a complete product the way it should’ve came, your credit doesn’t get me there, so I actually had them give me more money and send it to my bank account instead of a credit. I wouldn’t ever expect that again though.

I never received the usual email asking for my opinion on Sideshow Customer Service, with regards to the EX eye issue.
