I think fan art. I stumbled across it yesterday, I didn't see any credit to anyone. but I like the way the her costume has the different colors. So it would def set off nicely with tropical flowers.

I do have to admit that I do like that costume alot. That touch of color to her costume makes all the difference.

That looks a lot like the Injustice 2 costume; you can equip those colors too. Pretty sure it's related/inspired.

Go to Sideshow's thread and look at the Ivy variant print and/or the print Vudoo posted. This is the color layout I hope to see on the TH variant statue. Light green wash, bright tropical flowers!!!
Perfect color combo IMO

I think the fan art difference in the costume look better than the Injustice 2 costume. Just goes to show that sometimes more skin isn't better.

She's my favorite villain, but I never liked that costume. Kind of a bummer.
Not a fan of the Artgerm exposed belly button either. Actually like the New 52 costume for some variety.
This might be the strangest one: bangs and wooden...tights?
