Ok so in the Venom storyline, didn't Bats use the drug first before Bane ever came around? I haven't read it in a long time.

The world may never know. Batman sure went nuts after he took it though. Even Catwoman, despite wanting to kill people earlier, was scared.

FWIW, it's referenced as an "adrenaline shot" from an officially licensed statue (Prime 1), but that doesn't mean they couldn't easily retcon it as venom in the future.

I thought it might be venom at first too, but after I thought about it some more, probably makes more sense that it was an adrenaline shot.

I just purchased the digital version from Amazon Prime. Probably watch again tonight or tomorrow.

I said the same thing on my first (and only so far viewing). Making it so distinctly green makes me really think it?s more than ?adrenaline?.

As everyone else is saying it was just OK. I doubt I'll ever watch it again. 2 hours and 45 mins of Pattinson EMO'ing out and 15 mins of action. At least that's what it felt like.

Reminds me a little bit of Superman Returns, same thing, long and boring with very little action.
