Ha thanks, didn't expand the text on the post.

$1000 seems... reasonable? Shipping is what it is for now, but doesn't sound bad to me. Like that they mentioned Sideshow will have it same day after the Superman confusion.

Oh, if it wasn't mentioned yet, measurements are about 28.5" tall, by 30.5" wide, by 17" deep.

As much as I would love to own this, I just ended up having to put down on a new Truck as my old one started having issues and was out of warranty. So...vehicle before statues...unfortunately.

I really want to like this, but it does not pull me in somehow.

The costume ornaments are good (crossed bones could be bonewhite). But sculpt of the lightblue part of his body and skull itself, give bit of cheap vibe to me.
Why do the teeth have the same horizontal lines over multiple teeth (to much copy paste) and these are normal resin too. Can't exactly get my finger on it, but for 1000+ statue it should Wow way more..

Really a shame, bcs if this one did, i would buy this without nag about price.

You know...honestly, unpopular opinion, but I'm not completely blown away by it either. This might be one of those that pops in person, though.

Just doesn't grab me like the concept art. The new nose is too wide, doesn't have that sharp, menacing look to it. The red eyes are open wider than in the concept, would've preferred to keep them in a tight squint like he's sneering. And they went too Sideshow with the armor colors. It's executed well on a technical level, but lacks personality somewhat.

I hope their He-Man and Skeletor statues/maquettes aren't as inspired by Sideshow's approach and maintain a more graphic look.
