Anyone who has this and that have no issues with it, is the peg on your feet correct? Mine is at an angle and I can’t get it to fit it into the base. It leaves almost 1 cm in gap between the base and her feet /peg area. I don’t want to force it in as the whole piece is so delicate.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

VS1976 your best bet is the hair drier trick, where you apply heat to the base key hole and the peg.
Do NOT apply any force, just get it hot and let the peg rest in the base.
Gravity will eventually do the rest, but you may have to do this more then one time.

The problem i think I may have is that the peg isn’t even in the middle. It looks like they drilled the hole too big and put a filler in it. I’m not sure how even with a hair dryer, the peg can be straighten.

I wouldn't mess with the peg if it's crooked and won't slide in from heat.
You might have to return and call it a day.

I kind of want to know for those who have this, does the peg look like that?

VS1976, I can't speak for other collectors, but my peg was straight. If you zoom in here you can see it is straight in the plastic. After all, the trouble I had getting mine flush I'm a little nervous about lift the peg back out.

Unfortunately, I can’t see anything with that picture. The peg on my is angled to the side not the front.
Im just really frustrated with the last couple of statues I’ve gotten from sideshow. I had issues with the Captain Marvel flame where one side doesn’t fit all the way in and it was a chore getting the figure into place. It literally took me 5 minutes to take it apart. I have to get that fix. Ssc had no replacement for that and they offered me a messily 10% credit for that.
Im not sure my Evil Queen can be fixed though. I really hope I can get a replacement for it as I have the entire FT line.

The peg on mine was straight. And even with it straight, the first statue I had wouldn't fit close to the base.
My replacement has a straight peg and it's still a pain to get it into the base.
So you're going to need a replacement, but don't be shocked if it still isn't totally flush. I have no idea WTH went on with this piece, but it's a common issue. Along with the smoke sitting strangely.

Yea, the rod on mine was straight, too. It was a tight fit, but mine did sit flush on the base. One of the smoke pieces on the base needed to be heated up to make it fit, but that was about it.

Ssc offered me a messily $50 credit for this. I’m probably more upset by this as it’s an insult that they are just reading off a cue card. Seriously, the customer service is trash. How on earth is this acceptable?

How did you hear yours up without having to touch affecting the resin draped around or near her foot peg?
