Absolutely! Same here!

Just got back from the gym. I do strength and endurance training outside of karate training. So its to the track three days per week and the gym 3 days per week. And the dojo four days.

thank you! but your being too kind! the only plans i have for the camera is too take things slow and learn as much about the craft as i can. ive always admired the great pictures i see here (your awesome collection photos being some of them) and decided i wanted to learn to do the same! so for now, slow and steady. i gotta learn to walk before i can run!

I have stepped up the workouts because I stopped training almost three years ago after a car accident and a change in business and living situation. It was too much to juggle at the time.

And now wanting to go back and train at the same level of performance is tough. I can't lose face amongst those that I use to train. So I have to do what I have to do to speed up the recovery and get back what I lost. Man it is painful, but totally worth it. LOL!

And as for stories of training keep'em coming yourself. They definitely help me keep the mind on track!

Damn Pat! I work out hardcore at the gym 3 days a week, then do light work outs in between while I'm at work

Hey D-man! I hope to get your schedule. The only reason why I am pouring it on is because I am so out of fighting shape its not funny. And I don't want to lose face by getting my arse handed to me by students that I use to toss around with ease. LOL!

So I am no machine anymore by far, but you have to pay, or in this case, repay your dues to get what you want.

No where did I put that Sports creme/Ben Gay and the ice packs. LOL!
