I think once it's on the body it will look more like Cable. You are right that there are little details missing from the computer render that would go a long way on the finished sculpt. The chin isn't as defined. His mouth doesn't have same tight look, that's from the paint ap.
I think adding a more grizzled touch like 5 o'clock shadow might help.
For this portrait, I think that XM should play with some options -- line them up next to each other -- then put them up for vote to a select group.

I think its their camera or phone. Makes everything look elongated as heck!!
Big difference between these two photos because of distortion. All the details are there from the 3D model head. Every groove and crease cheeks and chin. Its just distorted

I must agree I hope we get another head sculpt as a COH not feeling this one. Both the eyes is not working for me. Maybe even COH with no eyeball for one of the extra heads on the reg eye. Both eyes are too big imo. I think xm can make this work by hearing is all out as they always do. But strange the unpainted looks good to me. Maybe it's the painting?

Well i think the 3d head is perfect... to me its a paint app problem amd photo distortion problem.
XM no more PHONE PHOTOS. They suck plain simple. They suck. Not asking for flashing SS photos either. Just something that doesnt keep doing this distortion thing.... maybe its just a "use someone elses phone" solution lol
The 3D head looks killer like Cable to me, strong head and expression.

He looks very good to me, likeness is spot on. The slight Arnold Schwarzenegger resemblance is awesome . Would be cool for a light up feature for the left eye but I understand the complications and the worry XM has with light features failing after awhile. The cybernetic eye looks sick. I agree the phone pics arent showin the best angles and slightly distorted, but this piece is truly amazing. It will be mind blowing when the finished product is shown.

I see Cable has two X-men logo on his chest, I think one is good enough like shown before. I am also curious what will the change-out for his left arm will be after Disney nicked the "pointing gun" policy"
