The character part of the sculpt is exactly 11 inch high, plus the base.
As he is a teenager, it is most likely this matches an exact 1/6 scale.
I have displayed him with Bowens and with Hard Heroes and he fits in beautifully with both, although I currently prefer displaying him with the HH.

Seeing light reflections on him on your pics made me suddenly realize the painting on the black parts of the costume manages somehow to reproduce exactly the looks he has in the comics, for example around episodes 30's/40's.
