Breakage is pretty low on this thankfully, so theres agood chance we will have replacements.

However, Carolyn has been instructed to start replacements with people who have badly broken pieces and then move to people with smaller defects.

So she hasnt said 'no', she is still just going through them and prioritizing them

As you know its impossible to know how many we will need. We try to take a good guess but as a business it makes more sens to run slightly short on replacements than to have a warehouse full of them that we cant sell.

I hear ya, I'll wait it out and see what happens.

Although she did tease me the other day. She emailed me asking to confirm my mailing address out of the blue, which usually happens when they're about to ship me something. So I'm thinking great, you got replacements. I replied to Carolyn saying the same thing.

She responded with this:

Makes me wonder...can i buy returns for a discounted price to fix on my own?
