It's basically a proof of concept test to make sure my plan works...body parts in resin and stuff that's too big in PLA. The resin printer is doing great...FDM printing with PLA filament is more of a learning curve in terms of setting up the supports so they remove easy with minimal surface scarring.
This is reassuring: no discrepancies between resin and PLA printing in terms of scale...the boot fits perfectly in it's spot on that part of the base.
The base on this is six pieces...three big ones and three little ones. This is the smallest of the big pieces...a 16 hour print in normal quality.
