WOW... another bikini going at a high price, bid is at $499.00 and still 6 days to go till auctions end, I can only imagine what the AP and nude countersamples would go for now.

These prices are definitely cyclical. I bought one for 250 on eBay and sold it shortly thereafter for 600, this was a regular edition figure and several years back. Seems any uptick in demand leads to price spikes and once demand is met the piece settles back to historical levels. Its a must have for sure.

I definately hope not, there is already a couple of versions around ...reg bikini edition, bikini AP edition nude AP edition and than theres the countersamples of both the nude and bikini which seems to be the real rarity here, to add a faux bronze version would water down the rarity and collectability of this grail statue, especially the nude AP's and the nude countersamples.

I hope not either. Why? The simple and selfish reason that I plan to get a real bronze one day, hopefully sooner rather than later. Does the FB Conqueror affect the sales and collectability of the bronzes?? Not sure.

I saw the grey. Decent price on it but shipping is almost $75. If I had painting talent or wanted to keep a grey version I would be tempted.
