Yeah well I see what your saying but them producing stuff for queen is not really keeping ecc busy, as even though they were owned (partly?) by toynami and they produced ecc stuff the heart of ecc was Steve Wang and his team and I doubt they've been involved with anything queen related.

Received the maquette this week, and it is definitely has a WOW factor! First let me say the box is massive and barely fit in my hallway. This thing is huge, impressive, and heavy (weighs almost 200lb.) The paint apps are spot on and it has a ton of nice details. Also the tank is on a lazy susan base, it can swival it around and the creature stays in same position inside the tank so you can view him from all sides. Very cool piece and was well worth the long wait.

It's all basically the same company/owner. They are making stuff for Queen(and many others too) so they are still busy and making money. They were never ones to churn out their own stuff in such numbers like other companies.

The tank is a big part of it. the figure itself is not that intricate. It's a really nice piece, but it was pricey. how many did they make?

They made 399...mine was #64. Also I see why you would say that about the figure because the tank really does make this piece for sure you are right....but the figure does have some really nice details on the paint app up close, the whole thing is well done.

Shipping was $529, but box was like size of small refrigerator and weighed 190lb. so it was expected to be pretty high. Box came strapped to a pallet.
