Prime 1 store technical issues

Hi guys,

Did any of you cam across these issues? Whenever I'm trying to add something to the basket I get the 'UNDEFINED' error, and if I try to click on the basket itself I'm getting 'server error'. Tried the usual things - clearing the cache, cookies etc. But it seems to happen on desktop as well as mobile. Every now and then it works but very rarely.

Have you tried a different browser? I had to use one to change my password when they relaunched. I normally use Firefox. It works fine now.

Yeah, changed the password as well. Same issues in Edge/Firefox as well as Chrome. Opened up a ticket, it's rather weird. Might have something to do with my account, because when I created a new one it works no issues.

I gotten this issue last time when I try to pre-order the power girl statue.

Here is the workaround on this bug, make sure you logoff your account at Prime 1 Studio site and than add your statue that you want buy and than login back to your account. You should be able to see able to process your statue now.
