Warning ALL people about Tim Gardner!!!
This is a warning for all collectors!! I have had the misfortune of dealing with Mr. Timothy Gardner. He is a lying cheat and I want to save every one and anyone else from more bad misfortune.
The guy has stolen $400 from me and has no intention of trying to make amends with the situation. LONG story short he was to send me a Weta Daily Planet statue and never did, just took the money and ran!!!
From my dealings with him I have also found out that he is involved heavily with recasting!! He has told me over and over again that he will do anything for something he wants, and he doesn't care if recasting is involved. He also told me how he was (not sure if he still is) involved with Dan Fuller recasting bases from sculpts.
I am just informing anyone who may have been contacted by him or was thinking of getting involved with this guy. I have more information on this subject if anyone would like to know more just ask.

Tim Gardner's been an infamous name around here for years. I'm sorry you got caught up in a deal with him, many people would have told you to avoid him at all costs.

Well this started two years ago.......way before I knew he was even on the forum. Met through an ebay transaction.
I have been bidding my time trying to get my money and my statues from him. The only good thing is, is that I paid for all four of those statues, I got 3 at least. And after I found out about the recasting I made double sure they weren't recasts.

LOL I do have his address in Texas.........I have thought about taking a vacation down there.
I have had about ten phone numbers of his but soon after I get them he has them disconnected.
