I'm shocked. Very sorry for getting your hopes up to have them deny you like that. I've only had them deny a part once with the Magneto a few years back. They said the entire batch had the same problem.

Wondering maybe if the entire batch of Scarlet Witch that they received had a factory mishap. That really stinks... I'm sorry

If you were wanting to keep it and are comfortable with touch ups here is one of the paint brands they use -DecoArt Americana. Attached is the brown color that I have that's a fairly close match. Those paints are usually around 2.50 USD per.

Honestly I rarely will touch a portrait face because it's very easy to muck it up. With that just being a tiny glob of brown near the hairline it may be manageable though? Really don't know...

Definitely see if you could persuade them first because if you mess it up you couldn't return it if you decide to go that route.

Anyone else have thoughts?

This statue is such a great piece that I think it is worth the effort if you are not completely happy with the way it has turned out. Certain pieces I may be able to let 'sly' but some are harder to justify living the mishaps. In my opinion, this one is worth the fight.

i just cannot get over the horrible teeth paint and extremely thin emaciated body sculpt on this piece, such a shame. Definitely a vince-vell custom project.

The original PF is still my all time favorite scarlet witch, the female figure sculpt was just perfect and very well done face paint (no teeth thankfully), classic comic +1.

Those teeth. The paint app looks as poor as those on the recent Power Girl PF

Yeah, the red does look better. I don't mind the teeth... Probably would have been better closed-mouth and smirking though. The stock portrait can look a bit high from certain angles and lighting lol. I still have no regrets on the purchase.
