I couldn't spell it either, thats why I just put Lemon. Chess pie is kinda like buttermilk pie.

I had to pick Pumpkin - The only reason is that you can get a good Pumpkin pie in a lot of places. My Mom makes the best Apple pie , and I've never had Apple pie anywhere else that comes close. So if I could specify that my Mom made it I would go with Apple...
